【预估出货时间】
订单成立后需要完成付款才会开始制作。一般需要3 – 5个工作天准备材料和制作。如果订购商品有客制化文字则另外计算(请看下列范例)。如遇国定假日则顺延。请注意在旺季时候可能需要另外增加7个工作天,请注意官网相关公告通知。

星期1下单且成功付款,出货日最快在星期4出货(遇假顺延)。

※客制化订单(有文字印刷)
每周星期3之前下单且成功付款,最快下周4出货(遇假顺延)。
每周星期3(包含当日)之后下单且成功付款,最快下下周4出货(遇假顺延)。

【防诈骗提醒】
提醒您!BRIGHT耀声绝不会以电话通知更改付款方式或要求改以ATM重新转帐。 亦不会委托厂商以电话通知变更付款方式、要求提供ATM汇款帐号、提供信用卡资料、银行帐号、或是主动提供银行/信用卡客服电话。

如果您无法收件怎么办?
运送商品通常都是贵重物品,因此货品送达时需要签收。如果您无法签收,货运业者会留下一张通知单。您随后可直接与货运业者联络,重新安排运送时间或更改运送的地址。


取消订单通知信件

【退款方式】
当收到退回的商品并确认接受后,BRIGHT耀声将依照以下方式安排退款:

信用卡/银联卡:
款项将会直接退回当初来使用付款的信用卡/银联卡帐户中,且因出帐日日期不同,退回的款项将会出现在当月或是次月信用卡帐单显示。如当时刷卡产生其他发卡银行索取的交易手续费,由于不是BRIGHT耀声收取的,所以BRIGHT耀声也无法退回。

银行/超商缴款(含ATM转帐):
如已缴款,BRIGHT耀声将另外发送email通知您办理退款手续。请注意BRIGHT耀声绝不会委托厂商要求提供ATM汇款帐号或是其他任何资料。

【Estimate Ship Date】
The order will be processed after the payment is confirmed. It takes around 3 to 5 work days to prepare the order and do the assembly. If the order has personalized text printing service, the lead time is different (see below for example). Orders will be not shipped during national holidays and weekends. An extra 7 work days maybe necessary to finish the order during the holiday season. Please check the official website for related announcement.

If the order is placed and paid on Monday, then the earliest ship date is Thursday in the same week.

※Order with personalized text
1. Every order placed and paid before Wednesday each week, the earliest ship date is Thursday next week.
2. Every order placed and paid after Wednesday each week, the earliest ship date is two weeks later.

May BRIGHT remind you that BRIGHT will never ask to change the payment method or demand to do the wire-transfer by phone calls. BRIGHT does not assign or ask any third parties to change the order details, ask for any personal information, credit card information, bank information, or provide any bank / credit card customer service numbers.

【Refund Procedure】
After the product is received and accepted, BRIGHT will refund your order as stated in the following procedure:

Credit Cards (VISA, MASTER, JBC, & China Unionpay):
The fund will be reversed and credited back to its original account. It may takes up to two billing cycle to complete the refund process. The service or transaction fee charged by the card issuer will not be refund. If you have questions, please consult to the card issuer.

ATM or In-store Payment :
BRIGHT will send email to contact you for the refund procedure. Please note that BRIGHT does not assign or ask any third parties to change the ATM account or any other information.
